Our consideration of the appeals of the three appellants herein leads us to the conclusion that the opinion of the District Court of Appeal, written by Mr. Presiding Justice York, satisfactorily disposes of all contentions of the three appellants except certain contentions which relate solely to the appeal of appellant Warren.
