The respondent, Patrick D. Williams, was charged in this attorney discipline case with neglecting three separate legal matters. A hearing panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee approved the findings and recommendation of the hearing board that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for six months, that he be required to undergo reinstatement proceedings pursuant to C.R.C.P. 241.22(c), and that he be required to demonstrate prior to reinstatement that there are no medical or psychological bases that would impair his ability to fulfill his responsibilities as a lawyer. The respondent has not appeared in this court and has not excepted to the hearing panels action. We accept the recommendation of the hearing panel.
